Jin Shin Jyutsu®

What is Jin Shin Jyutsu®?

Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an Ancient Japanese Art, that utilises only gentle touch using the hands and finger tips, to allow blocked energy pathways in the body to flow freely.

Jin Shin Jyutsu® relieves tension and stress, balances spirit, mind, body and the emotions. It can bring about a deep sense of peace and calm in the body.

Jin Shin Jyutsu facilitates relaxation and and balancing by cleaning the energy channels within the body and this makes it helpful for almost anything - from allergies to asthma to anxiety to anger, and much more.

The recipient does not need to believe in Jin Shin Jyutsu® for it to work. Its effectiveness has been demonstrated on pets and animals as well as on people from different backgrounds and cultures. It is currently practised in 6 continents worldwide from North and South America, Europe, and the UAE, to South Africa, South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand.

I offer  face-to-face separate Jin Shin Jyutsu® treatments in 60 minute sessions to address your needs or I am able to share Jin Shin Jyutsu® with you online so that you can apply this gentle Art on yourself as a regular practice on yourself and your loved ones.

How is Jin Shin Jyutsu® applied on a person?

It is applied as a session of between 50 minutes to 1 hour. During a session you are fully clothed, lie on your back on a massage table, relax and allow the practitioner to place his or her hands gently on your body and receive various “flows and sequences based on what your body needs for that moment”.

After a session of Jin Shin Jyutsu®, many people report feeling more energised, while others report feeling more entered, calm and having better sleep. The benefits continue well beyond the hour on the table and over time, one sees a shift towards a better sense of well-being.

How is Jin Shin Jyutsu® applied on oneself?

Jin Shin Jyutsu® is truly a Universal Art of getting to know ourselves and to help ourselves to be healthier, happier and in balance.

Anyone can learn how to apply this gently and powerful Art on oneself and through the use of the hands placed on the body, the body can be kept free of fatigue, tension, stress, pain and even disease.
